Van der Meer & van Tilburg developed a dual education programme for the Sheet metal Processing Federation (Federatie Dunne Plaat). The end result was an innovative and attractive training course for employees in the panel processing industry.
The training course is suitable for employees from metal companies who want to obtain a Bachelor's degree. After successfully completing the programme, every participant receives an official Bachelor diploma.
Van der Meer & van Tilburg conducted a study on the desired competence profiles and was responsible for the coordination of the project. The project was executed in collaboration with specialists of the research institute TNO, the Eindhoven University of Technology and several other universities.
