The province of Friesland assigned Van der Meer & van Tilburg to perform a screening of the regional yacht building sector. This sector faces the challenge to sustain their competitive advantage in comparison to upcoming economies such as Eastern Europe.
The study resulted in a wide range of activities that can stimulate the use of new technologies and materials in this sector. Furthermore, Van der Meer & van Tilburg identified potential growth areas for companies. Over 50 companies were visited to enrich the results.
